Officers investigated a juvenile status offense reported in the Havre area Tuesday at 9:09 a.m.

Upton Brice Whitford, 28, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officer responded to a Tuesday 12:48 p.m. request for assistance at a 1st Street Northeast residence.

Tuesday at 5:52 p.m. officers investigated a custody issue reported from a 1st Avenue location.

Officers investigated a Tuesday 8:01 p.m. report from the skate park of four kids smoking pot in a trailer.

Luis Lopez Acosta, 44, no residence, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after a 12:06 a.m. report today of people yelling at a 1st Street business.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigate a Tuesday 10:03 a.m. complaint from 82nd Avenue West of a control cable theft.

Deputies called to Bullhook Road Tuesday at 3:21 p.m. issued a summons on theft, forgery or fraud charges, but no further details were provided.

Deputies investigated a complaint at 12:52 a.m. today of water bottles being thrown at the calling party’s car on Main Street East in box Elder.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Tuesday and one call early today.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning, the shelter held a tan female pit bull and a small, brown and black, male mix-breed dog.
