Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash at 12:13 p.m. Tuesday at a 1st Street West business.

Desiree Nashae Reed, 26, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant at 2:51 p.m. Tuesday at a 1st Street business.

Drew Allen Dropulich, 23, no residence listed, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a state District Court warrant at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday after a report of transients on a train behind a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated a 5:26 p.m. Tuesday call from 10th Avenue about a vehicular hit-and-run in which someone ran into the calling party’s trailer.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Keenan Lewis Doney, 25, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after deputies investigated a 10:02 p.m. Tuesday call from Harlem requesting a welfare check at a 14th Street Northeast residence.

Deputies investigated a 1:19 a.m. call today about a man and woman going behind the bar and threatening the bartender at a Box Elder establishment.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Animal Shelter

A male black and white mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter May 8, a female tan pit bull June 18, a male black Labrador July 3, a black and white female cat July 13, a female gray and white kitten July 15, a male brown and black small mix-breed dog July 20 and a male brindle pit bull July 21.

A girl was born to Tanna Windy Boy and Michael Rider of Havre July 21, 2015.
