Officers investigated a 1:34 p.m. Friday call from 16th Street about a report of people fighting.

A motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers responded to a 1:59 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated a 4:37 p.m. Friday complaint at the police station about a scam.

Officers investigated a 5:12 p.m. Friday call from Hill County Courthouse about a vehicle that was hit.

Candace Kaye Tucker, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of assault after officers investigated a 5:40 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West business about a woman punching the calling party in the face and then running out the door.

Danelle Stanley, 43, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of trespassing and obstructing a peace officer after officers responded to a 6:55 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a drunk woman causing a disturbance in the parking lot.

Jeremie Daniel Brandon, 38, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 8:54 p.m. Friday on Smithville Road.

Michael George Gibbs, 27, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and stop sign violation after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:20 a.m. Saturday on 3rd Avenue.

Officers investigated an 8 a.m. Saturday call from 1st Street about a woman who was told to stay away from the calling party’s property the night prior and when the calling party woke up, there was fencing in their pool.

Timothy Lee Dennis, 32, of Chinook was issued a summons on charges of criminal mischief, vehicle trespass, obstructing a peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and property trespass after officers responded to a 2:42 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about the calling party’s boyfriend breaking out a window in her car.

Officers investigated a 7:53 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Avenue about a Toyota Camry hit the night prior.

Officers investigated an 8:56 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Avenue about the calling party’s ex-girlfriend breaking into his house and starting to "freak out on" his new girlfriend.

James Lawrence Daychild, 43, of Havre was arrested on charges of DUI, criminal contempt, no insurance and stop sign violation after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at midnight Sunday morning on 4th Avenue.

Brian Keith Azure, 44, of Missoula was arrested on charges of DUI, habitual traffic offender, speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 1:44 a.m. Sunday on 1st Street.

Officers investigated a 2:15 a.m. Sunday hit and run involving a backhoe at a 1st Street business.

Gilbert Scott Horn, 22, of Havre and Gavin Robert Lewis, 24, of Wolf Point were each issued a summons on a charge of open container after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 2:41 a.m. Sunday at Patterson Park on 11th Street.

Officers investigated a 7:22 a.m. Sunday call from 10th Street about a hit and run.

Ayanna Marae Plascencia, 20, of Havre was arrested on a charge of unlawful restraint after an officer heard a disturbance and investigated at 3:34 p.m. Sunday at 1st Street Northeast.

Warren Lee Brown, 39, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers responded to a 4:50 p.m. Sunday call from 1st Street Northeast about a man who needed removing.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Barbara Fisk Johnson, 72, of Havre and Brenda Perry, 48, of Havre were each issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after deputies were called to a U.S. Highway 2 business at 4:33 p.m. Saturday.

Roy Joseph Mayer, 39, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of dog running at large and nuisance dog or animal after deputies responded to a 12:48 p.m. Sunday call from 72nd Avenue West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, two calls Saturday, six calls Sunday and one call this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 200 Block of Road 403 North at 1:01 p.m. Friday to put out a fire on a railroad tie.

——

Firefighters were called to the 1300 Block of 2nd Street at 9:01 a.m. Saturday to extinguish a fire under a vehicle hood.
