Havre Police Department

An officer arrested Monte Dean Fox Sr., 54, of Hays on a Justice or City court warrant at 7:32 a.m. Tuesday at a 2nd Street location.

A caller from 6th Street reported at 7:57 a.m. Tuesday that his vehicle was vandalized.

A caller from 4th Street reported at 8:40 a.m. Tuesday that someone had damaged a mirror on her vehicle.

A caller from 6th Avenue reported at 8:51 a.m. Tuesday that someone had damaged her Officers investigated a call at 10:59 a.m. from 1st Street reporting a non-injury vehicle crash.

After a caller from the Amtrak office on Main Street reported at 5:11 p.m. that two people needed to be removed from the train, an officer arrested Max James Yakubek, 38, of San Diego on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Canda Marcha Mccully, 29, of Havre was arrested for driving without a driver's license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance during a vehicle stop on 1st Street West at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers investigating suspicious activity at 12:09 p.m. Tuesday on 2nd Street arrested Josh Eugene Garcia 33, of Havre on partner or family member assault.

Officers investigated a 12:29 p.m. Tuesday report of a bike found on 4th Street.

Officers issued a summons for driving infractions reported at 4 p.m. Tuesday. No further details were provided.

After a person at 2:02 this morning made a complaint from 190th Street West alleging four juveniles were hanging out in the parking lot being loud and possibly drinking, an officer arrested Matthew Morgan Swett, 19, of Havre on charges of disorderly conduct, endangering the welfare of children, minor in possession and social host ordinance violation. Two other arrests were made, but no further details were provided.
