A firework explodes Sunday during the Havre Jaycees annual fireworks display. The display was delayed for a day, happening July 5 instead of Independence Day, because of the storm that ripped through the Hi-Line Saturday night with a tremendous lightning storm, rain, severe hail, high winds and tornadoes.
