Officers investigated an 8:14 a.m. Thursday call from 11th Street about the calling party’s vehicle being gone through the night prior and sunglasses and baby items taken.

Officers investigated an 8:21 p.m. Thursday call from 3rd Avenue about a vehicle that was gone through and a wallet and iPad charger taken.

Officers investigated a 9:50 a.m. Thursday call from Lincoln Avenue about a vehicle that was broken into the night prior and a speaker box stolen.

Officers investigated a 10:43 a.m. Thursday call from 16th Street about a GPS unit taken from a vehicle.

Chad Steven Cliff, 36, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 1:12 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street business about a man passed out in the bathroom.

Officers investigated a 5:29 p.m. Thursday report from 10th Street about someone breaking into the reporting party’s vehicle.

Officers investigated a 10:02 p.m. report at the police station about text messages the complainant’s daughter was receiving.

Melissa Ray Doney, 35, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and being a habitual traffic offender after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 11:44 p.m. Thursday on 1st Street.

Officers investigated an 8:30 a.m. Friday call from 2nd Street about the calling party, while at the hospital the day prior, having had a rock thrown at her window.

Edward George Lavallie, 59, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to an 8:53 a.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a woman who was renting a room asking the calling party to call the police because a man had just hit her.

Raymond Windyboy, 53, of Rocky Boy was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after officers responded to an 8:58 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street establishment aboutsuspicious activity.

Kyle Bear, 23, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and Austin Jayde Valencia, 18, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and minor in possession after officers responded to a 9:02 p.m. Friday call from 18th Street about a woman assaulted by her brother.

Officers investigated a 6:01 a.m. Saturday call from 9th Avenue about two young men getting into the calling party’s car.

Officers investigated a 12:16 p.m. Saturday call from 5th Street about someone entering the calling party’s vehicle the night prior.

Officers investigated a 2:35 p.m. Saturday call from 3rd Avenue about a noninjury, two-vehicle crash.

A noninjury, two-vehicle crash was investigated after officers responded to a 3:08 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business.

Erica Ann Dion, 32, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and trespassing after officers responded to a 7 p.m. Saturday call from 11th Street about a woman in a field putting things in a backpack.

Officers investigated a 7:26 p.m. Saturday call from 4th Street about a wallet and work keys stolen from a vehicle after someone entered the vehicle through the back window.

Cheryl Marie Brown, 40, of Browning was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, disorderly conduct and open container after officers responded to an 8:59 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about people outside by the business’ showers drinking alcohol.

Officers investigated an 11:30 p.m. Saturday call from 5th Street about a 26-inch television stolen from a camper the night prior.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Two people were arrested after deputies responded to a 3:53 p.m. Thursday call from Walmart. No other information was given.

Deputies responded to an 8:15 p.m. Thursday call from Bitterroot Trailer Court about a front end loader with a window shot out.

Two people were arrested after deputies responded to a 1:29 a.m. Friday call from a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business about people fighting in the hallway. No other information was given.

Deputies investigated a 4:18 p.m. Saturday call from the Havre Trap Club about a possible theft.

Gavin L. Harrison, 24, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court and two Justice or City court warrants after deputies served it to him at 8:13 p.m. Saturday on 10th Avenue.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday, two calls Friday and two calls this morning.

By deadline today, the fire station did not return calls for details of the following calls:

Firefighters were called to the 500 Block of an unknown street at 4:06 p.m. Friday to address power lines that were down.

Firefighters were called to County Road 800 Northwest at 4:19 p.m. Friday.

Firefighters were called to County Road 800 Northwest, about one mile west, at 7:36 p.m. Friday.
