Havre Public Works employees dig up the pavement Monday at the intersection of 6th Avenue and 5th Street. Havre Public Works Deputy Director Jeff Jensen said the pavement, 60 years old, buckled this spring during thaws and refreezes. Workers will mill the surface, remove the old pavemement and repave the intersection.
