Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an 8:38 a.m. Monday complaint at the police station about someone trying to use the complainant’s credit card in San Diego.

Officers investigated an 8:55 a.m. Monday call from 1st Avenue about the calling party’s Jeep Cherokee being egged the night prior.

Anthony Joel Ardizzone, 33, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 1:13 p.m. Monday at the police station.

Someone was arrested at a 1st Street West establishment after officers received a 5:35 p.m. Monday call about a belligerent woman in the bar.

Officers investigated an 8:07 p.m. Monday call about stalking.

Evelyn Frances Foursouls, 32, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, Fredrick Anthony Tidzump, 32, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and for a charge of criminal contempt after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 12:08 a.m. today on 1st Street Northeast.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies responded to a 7:59 p.m. Monday call from 22nd Avenue about the railroad crossing being blocked for 20 minutes.

Fire Department

Firefighters were called to the 1200 Block of Washington Avenue to investigate a gas smell at the elementary school. A fire truck responded and NorthWestern Energy was notified to investigate a slight smell of gas. NWE’s equipment did not pick up on any leak.
