Officers investigated a 9:40 a.m. Friday complaint at a 1st Street business about a bicycle found by an employee.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash at a 1st Street West business Friday at 12:47 p.m.

Martin Jack Reese, 45, of Salt Lake City was issued a summons on a charge of violation of protective order after officers investigated a 4:07 p.m. Friday complaint at the police station about the complainant’s husband violating a restrictive order.

Darrel Ray Shortman, 60, of Hays was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a 4:22 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West business about a man passed out by the garbage cans.

Shelli Nicole Sayers, 35, of Havre was arrested on three charges of endangering the welfare of children and one count of criminal contempt at the police station at 10:22 p.m. Friday.

Three people were arrested or issued summonses after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 12:53 a.m. Saturday on 1st Street. No other information was given.

Susan Rae Warburton, 44, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:16 a.m. Saturday on 13th Street West.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and juvenile curfew violations after officers investigated a 4:22 a.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about a beer theft.

Officers investigated an 11:37 a.m. Saturday call from 3rd Street about a stolen generator.

Darren Wayne Keith, 29, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and on two Justice or City court warrants and Natasha Rose Lohman, 24, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 11:59 a.m. Saturday call from Keith about a disturbance.

Carrie Lyn Gartner, 32, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to an 8:40 p.m. Saturday call from 3rd Street about an argument between a man and woman.

Priscilla Rae Strike, 28, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after officers investigated a 10:26 p.m. Saturday call from 4th Street about an argument in which a 9-year-old got out of a big truck and was rushed into the house. The caller wanted officers to check on the kids.

James David Berger Jr., 36, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of violation of conditions of release after an officer served the warrants Sunday at 12:18 a.m. at a 1st Street business.

Darrell David Gardipee Jr., 42, of Havre was arrested on a charge of theft and on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 1:12 a.m. Sunday on 2nd Street.

Kevin Wayne Coleman, 30, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, partner or family member assault and unlawful restraint after officer responded to a 1:25 a.m. Sunday call from 12th Avenue about the calling party having a domestic disturbance with her husband.

Darrin George Healy, 41, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and disorderly conduct after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 11:17 a.m. Sunday on 12th Avenue about the calling party wanting an individual removed from her house.

David Alan Skinner, 64, of Havre was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs after officers investigated an 11:51 p.m. Sunday call from Skinner at a 1st Street establishment.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

James William White, 19, of Hingham was issued a summons on nine charges of criminal mischief and one of trespassing after deputies investigated a 9:50 p.m. Friday call from the old car wash in Rudyard.

Erica Ann Dion, 32, of Havre was arrested on a City Court warrant after deputies assisted another law agency at 12:50 a.m. today in a search for a broken down vehicle.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, three calls Saturday and three calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to an 8:53 p.m. Sunday call from the 1400 Block of Highway 2 West at the new hotel on the hill where a small fire in the mulch outside the hotel began and caused about $1,500 worth of damage to the building.

A boy was born to Cassie Jean Denny and Ryley Kory Stump of Box Elder June 3, 2015.
