Lindsey Marie Casebolt, 27, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program no show at 8:21 a.m. Thursday at the police station.

Officers investigated a 9:11 a.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street West business about someone being filmed shoplifting the day prior.

Carrie Lyn Gartner, 32, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 10:40 a.m. Thursday call from 4th Street about a domestic disturbance.

Officers investigated a 12:46 p.m. Thursday call from 2nd Street about a drunk man walking and threatening the calling party’s 17-year-old nephew.

Three people were arrested or issued summonses at 1:20 p.m. Thursday at a 1st Street establishment after officers responded to a call about a man being assaulted outside the bar.

Officers investigated a 4:42 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street business about the calling party’s mother taking her prescription.

Shaun Lesly Williams, 35, of Lewiston was arrested on charges of burglary, partner or family member assault and criminal mischief after officers responded to a 2 a.m. call today about a burglary in progress.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 7:43 a.m. Thursday call from Chain the Lakes Road in Inverness about mailboxes that had been vandalised.

Deputies investigated a 9:37 a.m. Thursday call from Havre Hill County Cemetery about theft or vandalism.

Melanie Olive Rosette, 33, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at 2:11 p.m. Thursday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Eleven Rae Lewis, 38, of Havre was arrested on a charge of contempts for which justice of the peace may punish and transported from Hill County District Court to HCDC.

Don Young Topsky, 28, of Box Elder was issued a summons on a charge of no insurance, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and speeding after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop at 7:21 p.m. Thursday on Beaver Creek Highway.
