Pizza Hut benefit set for Northern stabbing victims

All day today and Friday, Pizza Hut is raising funds for the medical expenses of the Montana State University-Northern students who needed hospital care after being stabbed in an apartment May 2.

To donate 20 percent of a bill to the Northern students, patrons need only to tell their server or delivery driver they want to donate to the fundraiser.

This fundraiser follows the MSU-Northern run/walk that raised just more than $10,000 for the students. In addition to these fundraisers, a Go Fund Me account has raised more than $11,000 for the three injured students, who are all in stable condition. One is still undergoing treatment at a Denver hospital.
