Officers investigated a 10:45 a.m. Friday call from 13th Street about golf clubs stolen from a vehicle parked in a driveway.

Lori Ann Talksdifferent, 20, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after officers served a warrant at the police station at 2 p.m. Friday.

Officers investigated a 6:53 p.m. Friday call from Bullhook Boulevard about the calling party’s neighbor knocking his fence over with his lawn mower.

Officers investigated a 4:32 a.m. Saturday call from 9th Street West about the calling party finding a black nylon wallet.

Officers investigated a 4:59 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about a man outside on a bench. He has been beat up and is bloody and yelling at people to help him.

Jessie Raye Norquay, 35, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers investigated a 12:29 p.m. Sunday call from 7th Avenue about the calling party being assaulted by his wife.

Officers investigated a 4:47 p.m. Sunday call from 1st Street Northeast about a fight going in the apartment next door to the calling party and it sounding like someone got pushed up against the wall.

Brian St. Pierre, 45, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers investigated a 6:48 p.m. Sunday call from 2nd Avenue about a man who needed assistance.

A 15-year-old and 14-year-old were each issued a summons on two counts of minor in possession after officers investigated a 10:31 p.m. Sunday call from 5th Street about someone trying to get into the calling party’s house.

Edward Charles Isaacson, 34, of Havre was arrested on charges of violation of a protective order and probation violation after officers responded to a 10:48 p.m. Sunday call from 1st Street about a man and woman arguing.

Carissa Adrean Bushard, 28, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of cruelty to animals after officers responded to a 10:12 a.m. Monday call from 14th Avenue about a loose dog in the area.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Gabriel Roy Cheatam, 43, of Havre was served a state District Court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 2:58 p.m. Friday.

Rikki Lynn Horn, 21, of Harlem was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East at 7:56 p.m. Saturday.

A 15-year-old Havre girl was issued a summons on a charge of being a runaway after deputies responded to a 7:11 a.m. Monday call from 5th Street North about the calling party’s daughter sneaking out the night prior and had not returned.

A 15-year-old Havre girl was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a 10 a.m. Sunday call from 5th Street North about the calling party’s daughter being violent and belligerent.

Paula Yvette Parisian, 42, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Edward Lee First Raised, 38, of Great Falls was arrested on a charge of open container in a motor vehicle on a highway after deputies investigated a 10:33 p.m. Sunday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Deputies called to a disturbance on 4th Street North at 10:48 p.m. Sunday made an arrest, but no further details were provided.

Elliott Travis Bacon, 27, of Billings was arrested on a state District Court warrant and transported from Rocky Boy Police Department to the HCDC at 1:57 p.m. Monday.
