Officers investigated a report made at the police station Friday at 1:34 p.m. The reporting party said his landlord went into his residence when he was out of town and items were missing.

Officers investigated a report from 3rd Street Friday at 2:27 p.m. The calling party reported a stolen bike.

Regina Mae Moreno, 39, of Havre was arrested Friday at 2:46 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct.

John Michael Merrill, 32, of Box Elder was arrested Friday at 4:04 p.m. on a state District Court warrant and a pick up and hold order.

Jamie Allison Mendez, 39, of Portland, Oregon, was arrested Friday at 4:45 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct after a calling party reported a “belligerent passenger” on Amtrak.

Officers were called to assist a citizen on Boulevard Avenue Friday at 5:26 p.m. The calling party requested a welfare check.

Donald Dean Mohr, 44, of Park City and Michael Jay Haveman, 57, of Ranchester, Wyoming, were arrested Friday at 7:06 p.m. each on two charges of disorderly conduct and two charges of trespassing after a calling party reported she was threatened by two males.

Officers investigated a report from 10th Street West Friday at 10:52 p.m. concerning a theft reporting globe lights stolen out of the calling party's garden.

Officers investigated a complaint made at the police station Friday at 11:45 p.m. The reporting party said her daughter was hit in the head at a school dance and she would like the other girl talked to.

Ronald Brian Folk II, 19, of Havre was arrested Saturday at 12:34 a.m. on charges of obstructing justice, purchasing or possessing intoxicant by a minor and criminal contempt.

Officers investigated a report from a 1st Street West establishment Saturday at 1:29 a.m. concerning a 911 hangup. A second call reported a disturbance in the parking lot.

Eric Tadej, 27, of Fort Benton was arrested Saturday at 1:49 a.m. on a Justice or City court warrant after a calling party reported a vehicle was blocking a driveway.

A 12-year-old was issued a summons Saturday at 12:56 p.m. on a charge of juvenile curfew violations after a calling party reported her daughter left last night and had not come home.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station Saturday at 2:52 p.m. The reporting party said he was assaulted by his cousin’s girlfriend.

Albert Kenneth Fisher, 74, of Havre was arrested Saturday at 6:03 p.m. on a Justice or City court warrant.

Victoria Dawn-Lynn Gerrard, 29, of Havre was arrested on a charge of assault and on seven Justice or City court warrants and Joyce Whitcher Sande, 81, of Havre was arrested on a charge of assault after Gerrard reported she was assaulted by her employer Saturday at 6:33 p.m.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons Saturday at 9:52 p.m. on charges of juvenile curfew violations and obstructing a peace officer after a calling party reported her son was gone for two days.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash on 1st Avenue Saturday at 10:21 p.m. The calling party reported she ran into a car and did not notify the owner. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a report from a 1st Avenue business Sunday at 10:29 a.m. The calling party reported a bicycle had been sitting in front of the property for the past three days.

Heather Dawn Martell, 31, of Havre was arrested at 12:53 a.m. today on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on two Justice or City court warrants after a calling party reported someone on his property needed officer assistance.

Thomas R. Knedlik, 30, of Frankfort, Illinois, was arrested today at 1:03 a.m. on a charge of assault after a calling party reported a fight in a parking lot of a 1st Street establishment.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station today at 4:37 a.m. concerning the theft of guns and jewelry.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies were called to assist a citizen Saturday at 12:15 a.m. No further information was provided.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and minor in possession and a 13-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle Saturday at 8:52 p.m. after a calling party reported her son’s vehicle had been stolen.

Someone was arrested this morning on a report of a drug offense at the detention center at 12:51 a.m. No further information was provided.

Emergency medical services responded to one call Friday, three calls Saturday, three calls Sunday and one call this morning.
