Officers investigated a report from an 11th Street West business Thursday at 9:32 a.m. concerning theft. The calling party reported a gas drive-off by a white Pontiac Grand Am with a broken back window.

Joshua James Arkinson, 30, of Havre was arrested Thursday at 11:43 a.m. on charges of criminal contempt and disorderly conduct after a 10th Avenue caller reported there was a male laying on the ground.

Officers were called to assist a citizen Thursday at 1:09 p.m. on 5th Street. No further information was provided.

Drew John Cole, 34, of Havre was issued a summons Thursday at 2:20 p.m. on a charge of criminal contempt.

Jacob James Bauer, 32, of Havre was arrested Thursday at 3:32 p.m. on charges of obstructing a peace officer and disorderly conduct after a calling party reported a male laying in a boulevard.

Bryan Timothy Barocio, 24, of Havre was arrested Thursday at 4:15 p.m. on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs and on a Justice or City court warrant.

James Allen Gardipee, 44, of Box Elder was arrested Thursday at 5:04 p.m. on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer and two Justice or City court warrants.

Officers were called to assist a citizen on 11th Street West Thursday at 6:32 p.m. The calling party reported landlord tenant issues.

David Matthew Heydon, 36, of Havre was arrested Thursday at 11:29 p.m. on charges of aggravated DUI and “other traffic crime.”

Alan “Dusty” Patrick Romero, 53, of Rocky Boy was arrested this morning at 12:08 a.m. on charges of trespassing and criminal contempt.

Officers investigated a report from 2nd Avenue at 2:10 a.m. today. The calling party reported a 2014 grey Toyota Tacoma was taken.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a report from Holiday Village Mall Thursday at 12:11 p.m. concerning sex offenses. No further information was provided.

Deputies investigated a report from North Star Schools Thursday at 1:11 p.m. The calling party wanted to pass along some information about a student who had been suspended from school.

Gavin L. Harrison, 24, of Havre was arrested Thursday at 10:09 p.m. Thursday on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on a Justice court warrant.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to two calls Thursday.

Firefighters were called to the 100 Block of 1st Street West Thursday at 11:19 a.m. Somebody was working on the water pipes and the sprinkler system alarm went off. No actual fire occurred and no injuries were reported.
