1. Resolution 3702 — A resolution of the City Council of the City of Havre to reflect a rate increase for wastewater (Sewer) service for the City of Havre.

2. Bond resolution 3703 — Resolution relating to $10,870,000 Sewerage System Revenue Bond (DNRC Water Pollution Control State Revolving Loan Program), Series 2015; Authorizing the issuance and fixing the terms and conditions thereof, and amending the original resolution

3. Resolution 3704 — A resolution amending the budget in the general fund (1000) of the City of Havre.

4. Resolution 3705 — A resolution amending the budget in the COPS grant fund of the City Of Havre.

5. Confirm mayor’s appointments to several community boards.

6. Update and draw down request for wastewater treatment plant.

7. Havre City-County Airport FAA grant offer acceptance.

8. Havre/Hill County Historic Preservation Commission annual update and award presentation.
