Triangle 4-H Beef Grant deadline is May 20

Triangle Communications will again be offering the 4-H Beef Grant Program to benefit residents in the areas Triangle serves.

Quarters of premium 4-H beef purchased at area fairs this summer will be made available through the beef grant to use for fundraisers or to supplement nonprofit food programs operating in the Triangle service area. Nonprofit groups and organizations are encouraged to apply for the Beef Grant by May 20.

Winners will be announced in June and will be contacted when beef is available for pickup later in the summer.
