Officers investigated a 9:28 a.m. Friday call from 15th Street West about someone breaking the calling party’s gate and getting into her yard the night prior.

Officers investigated a 12:17 p.m. Friday call from 5th Street about holes in the windshield of the calling party’s motorhome.

Natasha Rose Lohman, 24, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of lost child and endangering the welfare of children and Darren Wayne Keith, 29, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of lost child and two counts of endangering the welfare of children after officers responded to a 2:31 p.m. Friday call from 2nd Street about a toddler wandering around alone.

Officers investigated a 3:36 p.m. Friday call from an 11th Street West business about an unattended toddler wandering around the store.

Officers investigated a 3:47 p.m. Friday complaint from a 2nd Street residence.

Codie Eugene Kirkaldie, 18, of Hays was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and disorderly conduct after officers served the warrant at 4:38 p.m. Friday at a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated a 5:51 p.m. Friday call from Spruce Drive about the calling party’s husband’s ex-wife going into the back yard and trying to fight with the calling party.

Officers investigated a 6:05 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a two-vehicle noninjury motor vehicle accident by the green house.

Timothy Lee Dennis, 32, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the police station at 6:21 p.m. Friday.

Officers investigated a 6:51 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about someone backing out with their vehicle while the calling party’s door was open and almost tore the door off.

Officers investigated a 7:46 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West establishment about a hit and run.

Two people were arrested after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 11:34 p.m. Friday on 1st Street.

Richard Lujan, 19, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of “other” and a 17-year-old was arrested on a charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption after officer responded to a 12:21 a.m. Saturday call from 1st Street Northeast about a domestic dispute.

Melanie Olive Rosette, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal contempt after officers were called to a 1st Street Northeast report of a domestic dispute.

Sean Ryan Runsthrough, 29, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer after officers investigated a 1:29 a.m. Saturday call from 10th Street West about the calling party requesting officers to remove a man who is threatening to beat him up.

Officers investigated a 10:14 a.m. Saturday call from 8th Street about the theft of a CD player from a vehicle.

Officers investigated a 10:43 a.m. Saturday complaint at the police station about an identity theft.

Lance Udell Stump, 28, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of trespassing and criminal contempt after officers investigated a 3:17 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about a man harassing another customer.

Officers investigated a 3:49 p.m. Saturday call from 2nd Street about vandalism.

Officers investigated a 4:16 p.m. Saturday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a dog bite.

Shawn Joseph Saddler Sr., 48, of Rocky Boy, Roland Vern Scott, 41, of Chinook and Rubin Loran Stump, 41, of Rocky Boy were each arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 4:49 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about three men fighting.

Aleisha Morningstar The Boy, 24, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after officers investigated a 10:12 p.m. Saturday call from a 2nd Street business about the calling party being followed from another business.

Officers investigated a 10:48 a.m. Sunday call from Boot Hill Plaza about a motor vehicle crash.

Officers investigated a 2:15 p.m. Sunday call from 2nd Avenue about a children’s bike found in bushes.

Officers investigated a 2:47 p.m. Sunday call from 2nd Street and 12th Avenue about the calling party wanting to speak to an officer about his girlfriend drinking and not watching their child.

Officers investigated a 5:35 p.m. Sunday call from 2nd Street West about the passenger window on the driver’s side of his blue Chevrolet Tahoe being busted.

Two people were issued summonses after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 6:14 p.m. Sunday on 1st Street.

Officers investigated a 6:18 p.m. Sunday call from 2nd Avenue about a bicycle stolen.

Officer investigated a 12:01 a.m. call this morning about a report of a bike in an alley behind the calling party’s house.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 5:51p.m. Friday call from Road 40 North about vandalism.

Priscilla Marie Henry, 43, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, no insurance and operating a motor vehicle without valid registration, and on a Justice or City court warrant after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop at 11:51 p.m. Friday on Main Street in Box Elder.

A caller on Hingham Dump Road reported at 1:56 a.m. Saturday that a boy had taken a vehicle and wrecked it, and that one boy had run from the scene, but the calling party was driving three other people involved in the accident to the ER. An ambulance was dispatched to meet them. Montana Highway Patrol troopers investigated the crash, but did not make a report available by print deadline.

Raheem Michael Main, 22, of Hays was served a City Court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 6:45 p.m. Sunday.

Deputies investigated a 7:54 p.m. Sunday call from Box Elder about electronics stolen out of the calling party’s house while they were trying to move out.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, eight calls Saturday, five calls Sunday and one this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 900 Block of 3rd Street at 9:05 p.m. Sunday on a good intention call to make sure people using a fire pit were doing it correctly.
