Rocky Boy embezzler sentenced to a year

A former Chippewa Cree Rodeo Association director was sentenced to a year and a day today.

Wade Colliflower was pleaded guilty to one count of theft and one count of aiding and abetting theft in December

Six months of his sentenced will be served in prison. The other six will be in home confinement.

He also was ordered to pay $44,750 jointly or severally.

This is a disgrace to federal courts, I mean the costs of bringing these guys and women to court, the amount of money they stole, the ivestatgating, the plea agreements. It just doesn't add up to the charges they are getting. The fact that 150,000 for only 6 months, this just sets it up for the next thieve, and believe there is more thieveing up here than you could think.
