UPDATE: 17-year-old alleged attacker's name released

The 17-year-old boy who is accused of breaking into a Havre apartment complex and stabbing and injuring three people is Justice Brown.

Brown lives in Havre and is originally from Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation. He had a hearing in juvenile court today. He is charged with three counts of attempted homicide and one count of aggravated burglary and was picked up on a federal state District Court warrant.
