Runners participate Saturday at the Bill Baltrusch Nature Trail in the first Havre Trials 5K Run/Walk.

The first-ever Havre Trails 5K Run/Walk saw around 100 members of the community hit the Bill Baltrusch Nature Trail.
Participants of all ages, people with baby strollers, families with dogs and more participated in the event.
Lindsey Bennett, the president of Havre Trails, said "this was Havre Trails' first 5K event and we look forward to organizing similar events in the future based on the awesome community support and enthusiasm we received this last weekend."
The winners of the race were:
Garrett Aguillard - First in men
Tiffany Castillon and Lesley Zellmer - Tied for first in women
Jack Gillen - First in boys
Emma Gillen - First in girls
