Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 10:23 a.m. Monday call from a 3rd Street business about a broken window on one of their trucks.

Edwin Frank Converse, 59, of Havre was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 7:53 p.m. Monday at the police station.

Rubin Loran Stump, 41, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and two Justice or City court warrants after officers responded to an 8:10 p.m. Monday call from Lincoln Avenue about two people passed out in the calling party’s backyard.

Holly Marie Dorcheus, 30, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and on a Justice or City court warrant and Drew John Cole, 34, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest and criminal contempt after officers responded to an 8:42 p.m. Monday call from the 1400 Block alley of unspecified streets about the calling party’s neigher, her son and his girlfriend fighting in the alley.

Adam Phillip Jensen, 30, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:05 a.m. today on U.S. Highway 2 East.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Tyler Jay Reinmuth, 30, of Havre was arrested on a federal warrant after a deputy served it at 2:10 p.m. Monday at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business.

Andrew Eugene Earll, 28, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at 4:23 p.m. Monday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Joshua Allen Jones, 22, of Havre was arrested on charges of assault and criminal mischief after deputies investigated a 7:29 p.m. Monday call from a 2nd Street West business about a man assaulting another man.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday and two this morning.

Animal Shelter

A male tan and white mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter March 30.
