Christina Mary Converse, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:09 a.m. Tuesday at the police station.

Tracey Hope Tipton, 18, of Havre was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children and trespassing after officers responded to a 10:22 a.m. Tuesday call from 4th Street about the calling party’s daughter abandoning her child on the porch.

Officers investigated a 1:13 p.m. Tuesday call from Bullhook Clinic on 4th Street about the calling party needing assistance in the office.

Officers investigated a 3:57 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about a gas drive off.

Officers investigated an 8:28 p.m. Tuesday call from an 11th Street West business about a customer who had a bike stolen from the front of the store.

Officer investigated a 9:16 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street West business about a domestic disturbance.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an 8:29 a.m. Tuesday call from Kremlin Bay about a tackle box that had been stolen out of a boat.

Deputies investigated an 11:22 a.m. Tuesday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about a man who got mad and busted out the calling party’s windshield with a light.

William Barney Lavenger Jr., 37, of Havre was served a state District Court warrant at 12:56 p.m. Tuesday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a 5:20 p.m. Tuesday call from 36th Avenue Northeast about the calling party stating her neighbors saw a young couple trying to break into her house.

Joshua James Ridgeway, 36, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a 12:47 a.m. 911 hangup call this morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Animal Shelter

A male tan and white mixed-breed dog was placed in the shelter March 30.

A boy was born to Alissa Delucia and Edwin Hewitt of Chinook April 20, 2015.
