Obituary - Alan Raymond Schmautz

Alan Raymond Schmautz went to be with the Lord, April 15, 2015, after a sudden illness.

Per his wishes, he will be cremated with a memorial to follow at a later date.

Alan was born to Herbert and Lestina (Bowman) Schmautz in Havre in Jan. 11, 1955.

He graduated from Havre High School and attended Montana State University-Northern.

Alan was an artist as well as a contract painter.

He is survived by a daughter, Tara Star Winkler, and her husband, Marty Winkler, and a granddaughter, Rowan Winkler; and two sisters and a brother-in-law, Patty and Nick Cetto and Lyla Crabtree, along with many nieces and nephews.
