Havre Police Department

Hadushka Anthony Howell, 35, of Box Elder was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and Levi Sean Patten, 26, of Box Elder was arrested on probation violation after officers investigated a 6:11 a.m. Wednesday call from 16th Street West about a red Volkswagon driving up and down the street slowly for half an hour.

Tasha Marie Roberts, 23, of Havre was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after officers investigated a 9:31 a.m. Wednesday call from Northern Montana Hospital about assistance with getting a patient back to the emergency room.

David Daniel Day III, 29, of Harlem was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and probation violation after officers investigated a 1:09 p.m. Wednesday call from Montana State University-Northern.

Levi Sean Patten, 26, of Box Elder was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a 1:46 p.m. Wednesday call from 8th Avenue.

Claudine Chiefstick, 51, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers responded to a 1:31 a.m call this morning from a 1st Street business about a woman passed out in the parking lot.

David Taylor Eagleman, 55, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after an officer investigated a man who was stumbling in the street at 3:24 a.m. this morning on 1st Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a weapon in a school building and assault with a weapon after deputies responded to a 1:07 p.m. Wednesday call from Box Elder School.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.

Firefighters were called to the 400 Block of 6th Avenue at 1:59 p.m. Wednesday to address a gas leak at St. Jude Thaddeus School. They stood by while NorthWestern Energy fixed the leak in about 20 minutes.

Animal Shelter

A male tan and white mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter March 30, a male tan pit-mix April 1 and a male white poodle April 5.
