Sheldon Joseph Flying, 45, of Havre and Larae Ann Sunchild, 33, of Havre were arrested on charges of criminal contempt after an officer investigated suspicious activity in the alley between 1st and 2nd streets when he saw people drinking in a shed.

Everson Mosquito, 21, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and criminal contempt after officers investigated an 8:44 p.m. Tuesday call from 17th Street West about the calling party’s baby’s father being high and drunk, freaking out in a room he was locked in and throwing stuff around.

Officers investigated a 9:05 p.m. Tuesday call from 2nd Street about the calling party’s brother appearing to have been beat up because his ribs were kicked, he was having a hard time breathing and his nose was possibly broken.

Gerald Alex Belgarde Jr., 32, of Havre was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer and on three state District Court warrants and a Justice or City court warrant after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 2:19 a.m. this morning on 2nd Street.
Hill County Sheriff’s Office
Larae Ann Sunchild, 33, of Havre was charged with obstructing a peace officer at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday.
Animal Shelter
A male tan and white mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter March 30, a male tan pit bull-mix April 1 and a male white poodle April 5.
