Letter to the Editor: Christian schools should pay for themselves

The conversation at the legislative update was about charter schools but Rep. Bruce Meyers had suggested that the public’s desire for charter schools had something to do with a desire for Christian schools.

I commented that I thought those who wanted Christian schools could pay for them and have them, but I did not approve of charter schools that had no supervision by public entities such as OPI and took money away from our public schools.

It’s probably not such a big deal, but I did not say I support Charter schools! Thanks for all you do.
