3 A resolution calling a public hearing for the purpose of implementing a rate increase for the use and availability of the municipal wastewater system as allowed under 69-7-101, M.C.A. 4.

4. Ordinance No. 890 first reading. Maintaining chicken hens within city limits

5. Havre-Hill County Library requesting street closure of 4th Avenue from 3rd Street to 4th

Street July 2.

6. Hill County Health Departmen requesting street closure of 4th Avenue from 3rd Street to 4th Street Aug. 14.

7. Support for the second annual William’s Syndrome Awareness Walk.

8. Approval of March claims and manual warrants.
