Someone was issued a summons Wednesday at 6:28 a.m. at Gary & Leo’s Fresh Foods concerning a theft from March 22. No further information was provided.

Robert Joseph Sunchild, 32, of Havre was arrested Wednesday at 10:04 a.m. on two Justice or City court warrants.

Officers investigated a sexual assault report made Wednesday at 2:06 p.m.

Officers investigated a complaint made Wednesday at 3:08 p.m. at the police station concerning a male who is threatening a woman.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report Wednesday at 5:42 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 business concerning theft, forgery and fraud. The calling party reported that a “young kid” around 19 to 20 years-old with curly hair and wearing a grey jacket cashed a stolen check for $320 and left headed toward Havre in a white Chevrolet mini van with four other people. In a related call at 1:08 a.m. today, a caller said the suspect had returned and was being held at the business. Two arrests were made, but no further information was provided.
