Last Groseclose tourney to be held this weekend

The Jason Groseclose Memorial basketball tournament has been a fun and important fixture of early spring on the Hi-Line. But, after a great run, the tournament is coming to an end. This weekend will mark the last Groseclose tournament, a tournament which has always featured all-star teams from all over Montana. The event is a 5-on-5 basketball tournament, which will crown a champion Sunday afternoon. The tournament draws so many players and is so popular that it requires gyms in both Rudyard and Gildford to be used. This year's annual Groseclose Memorial Tournament in both Rudyard and Gildford will start Friday at 6 p.m. and run through the championship game Sunday at 3 p.m.

In his second varsity season with the Cowboys, Stroh compiled a 22-9 overall record and earned MWC All-Conference honors after finishing second at the conference championships last month..
