Naomi was born Sept. 7, 1948. She spent her childhood years in Hogeland, Montana, and Havre, Montana, graduating from Havre High School. She earned her master's degree in counseling, and served locally as a counselor for many years with her speciality being chemical dependency.

Naomi enjoyed hunting for "treasures" at local sales, gardening, painting, listening to music and, most recently, quilting with friends.
Naomi was also a friend to the neighborhood cats and made sure the strays were always fed. This is just one example of her many good deeds, as she was very kind-hearted. She will be greatly missed.
Along with her son, Miles, she is survived by her brothers, Kirk (Linda) Bowers, Ronald (Lorraine) Bowers and Delbert Bowers.
She was a preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Helen 'Bowers, and a sister, Sylvia Ebaugh.
At her request, no services are planned. A private family memorial will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Gift of Life or a person's choice.
