Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an 8:19 a.m. Wednesday call from 13th Street and 5th Avenue about a hit and run.

Officers investigated a 4:59 p.m. Wednesday call from Head Start School about juvenile status offenses.

Jeremy Clement Larsen, 36, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, criminal contempt and violation of conditions of release and on two state District Court warrant after officers responded to an 8:14 p.m. Wednesday call from 3rd Street.

Blake Phillip Skjeveland, 23, of Havre and Jacob Kevin Byarlay, 34, of Havre were arrested on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 9:49 p.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street establishment about a man who needed to be removed because he was starting fights.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 3:18 p.m. Wednesday call from the post office in Box Elder about a theft, forgery or fraud.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.

Firefighters were called to the 400 Block of 7th Avenue at 8:25 a.m. Wednesday to investigate a natural gas leak. The burner of a stove was not turned off all the way. They turned it off.
