A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption after officers responded to a 12:17 p.m. Tuesday call from Havre Middle School about a student with spice.

Officers investigated a noninjury vehicle crash after responding to a 4:40 p.m. call Tuesday from 11th Street West and McKinley Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

After a 7:51 a.m. Tuesday call from Bullhook Road about three horses running down the highway, deputies notified the owners.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel and firefighters received no calls Tuesday.
