Allix Goldhahn, C/J-I Girls Basketball

Chester/J-I sophomore Allix Goldhahn didn’t get what she and her Hawk teammates came to get in Havre — a District 9C championship and a trip to the Northern C Divisional. But Goldhahn certainly gave it her best shot. The star guard averaged 18 points and seven rebounds in four 9C tourney games this weekend, including pouring in a tournament-high 29 points in a loser-out win over North Star Saturday morning. Goldhahn, a three-sport standout at C/J-I, led the 9C tourney in scoring and also made nine 3-pointers as the Hawks finished fourth..

Jerrod Four Colors, Box Elder Boys Basketball

The Box Elder Bears were balanced on their way to a third straight The Box Elder Bears were balanced on their way to a third straight District 9C championship this past weekend in Havre. But senior Jerrod Four Colors managed to rack up the stats. Four Colors averaged 14 points and a tournament-high 11 rebounds for the Bears in three wins at the HHS gymnasium. Included in the weekend was a standout performance of 21 points and 10 rebounds in the Bears’ semifinal win over Chester/J-I Friday night. Four Colors was an All-State standout a year ago for the Bears and also plays on their six-man football team.
