An officer gave a written or verbal warning after investigating a 9:24 a.m. Monday report at the Hill County Detention Center. The officer spoke with a man who said he was taking care of a calf that had head-butted him, causing his nose to bleed and swell, requiring cleaning. The man said he wanted to use the restroom in the basement of a facility, though doing so might cause a violation of a protective order. The man said he did not “give a f***.”

Officers arrested someone after responding to a 3:44 p.m. Monday call from 7th Avenue about a woman in blue jeans and a blue shirt laying on the ground screaming. No other information was given.

Officers investigated a 5:26 p.m. Monday report at the police station about a motor vehicle crash.

Heidi Michelle Harrington, 35, of Havre and Larae Ann Sunchild, 33, of Havre were issued summonses on charges of criminal contempt and Veronica Mae Moccasin, 27, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of criminal contempt and violation of conditions of release after the police station saw multiple 24/7 Sobriety Program violations at 8:01 p.m. Monday.

Kurt Allan Eagleman, 35, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, partner or family member assault, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance, expired registration, habitual traffic offender and criminal contempt after officers responded to an 8:41 p.m. Monday call from 1st Street Northeast about a man hitting the calling party’s mother.
Hill County Sheriff’s Office
Steven Lee Strike, 27, of Havre was arrested at the detention center at 8:41 a.m. Monday on a warrant for contempts for which the justice of the peace may punish.
