Crystal Dawn Horn, 42, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and Patrick George Cole, 35, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:38 p.m. Tuesday on 8th Avenue.

Officers responded to a 3:44 p.m. Tuesday call from 11st Street West and Boulevard Street about a two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 12:49 p.m. Tuesday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about a theft.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.
