Officers investigated a report from 8th Street Thursday at 12:01 p.m. The caller reported her ex-boyfriend moved out and took some of her belongings with him.

Robert Alexander Mcconnell, 34, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant Thursday at 12:11 p.m.

Officers investigated a report from 4th Avenue Thursday at 6:15 p.m. concerning vandalism. A glass door was reportedly kicked in and broken.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies searched for, but were unable to locate a suspect after a caller reported at 11:22 p.m. Thursday from a U.S. Highway 2 West business that a tall man was snooping around vehicles after the establishment was closed.

Deputies investigated a report from 3rd Street today at 1 a.m. concerning a domestic disturbance.

Havre Fire Department

Firefighters responded to a report Thursday at 9:37 a.m. at the 600 Block of 6th Avenue. A dumpster was reportedly on fire and was put out.

Firefighters responded to a report Thursday at 9:54 a.m. at the 1400 Block of Highway 2, but it was a false alarm.
