Havre Police Department

Gary Lee Ferguson, 22, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of driving with no insurance and driving with no driver’s license after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 10:57 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 2.

A 13-year-old and a 14-year-old were issued summonses for charges of disorderly conduct after an officer investigated a 1:44 p.m. Tuesday disturbance at Havre Middle School.

Ricky J. Hendrickson, 49, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant after an officers made a motor vehicle stop on U.S.Highway 2.

Donna Merle Rainingbird, 55, of Havre was arrested on a charge of shoplifting and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 3:44 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about a shoplifter in custody.

Thomas Pete Harwood, 24, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after officers assisted another agency at 4:52 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers investigated a 5:09 p.m. Tuesday call from 5th Avenue and 7th Street about a motor vehicle crash between a red car and a pole.

Officers investigated a 5:48 p.m. Tuesday call from 1st Avenue about the calling party believing her ex-husband broke into her house and stole her service dog.

Arnold Richard Tyler, 75, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, failure to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, failure to give notice of an accident and careless driving after officers responded to a 7:11 p.m .Tuesday call from 2nd Street about an older blue pickup hitting a parked car and taking off.

Officers investigated a 7:34 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about a man and woman trying to shoplift , who were then heading through an alley.

Officers investigated an 8:56 p.m. Tuesday call from 8th Street about the calling party’s daughter’s friend texting her a suicidal message.

Officers responding to a complaint at 2:10 a.m. today from a 1st Street business made an arrest, but no further details were provided.

Havre Fire Department

The department received no calls Tuesday.

Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a male black and white husky a female calico cat, a male black cat and a male blackish gray small mixed-breed dog.
