Ken St. Marks has been chair of the Chippewa Creek Business Committee.
He finished first in a field of four candidates in Tuesday's election.
This is the third time St. Marks has won election to the post., but the results of the other two elections were overturned by tribal officials.
Theodore Whitford Sr. finished on top in the contest for the Business Committee seat being vacated by John "Chance" Houle, who is awaiting sentencing on corruption charges.

The voice of Rocky Boy spoke agin. This time if they oust him agin, the Secretary of the Interior has to step in. The Tribal lawyers and Tribal courts are all protecting the embezzlers, we need the FBI ti nail there guys.
