William Barney Lavenger, 37, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of probation violation after officers responded to an 8:01 a.m. Friday report at the police department from Lavenger that he left a treatment program.

Henry James Day Child, 36, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and disorderly conduct and Justin Allen Day Child, 35, of Box Elder was arrested on two charges of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 7:22 p.m. Friday call from a 3rd Avenue establishment about a drunk man with blood all over him.

Jeffrey Obryant Jones, 36, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant, a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after an officer served a warrant at 1:49 p.m. Saturday on 1st Street Northeast.

Officers investigated a 2:26 p.m. Saturday call from a 3rd Avenue business about a theft of Miss Me jeans by a woman who left in a green Honda with a black hood.

Gordon D. Myers, 57, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 6:15 p.m. Saturday on 5th Avenue.

Terrance John Piapot, 32, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a state District Court and a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of probation violation after officers served the warrants at a 1st Street business at 6:49 p.m. Saturday.

Officers investigated a 7:26 p.m. Saturday call from Boulevard Avenue about a truck that was side-swiped by a blue Dodge van with handicap plates that took off down the hill toward the college.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr., 56, of Hays was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served the warrant at 2:32 a.m. Sunday on 2nd Street.

Jordan James Normandy, 21, of Havre was arrested on charges of contempts for which the justice of the peace may punish and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers investigated suspicious activity at 8:19 a.m. Sunday on 4th Street.

Lance Udell Stump, 27, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device after officers responded to a 9:04 a.m. Sunday call from 1st Street Northeast about a woman who said she was assaulted the night prior and the man would not leave.

Officers investigated a 10:40 a.m. Sunday call from 9th Avenue Northwest about a puppy that was locked in a shed and would not stop barking.

Deputies investigated an 8:32 a.m. Saturday call from North Shepherd Road about a stolen pistol.

Deputies investigated a 1:17 a.m. Sunday call from County Road 637 West about a stolen cellphone.

A male black and white husky was placed in the shelter Dec. 16, a female calico cat Jan. 1, a male black cat Jan. 20, a male brown, black and tan husky-mix Jan. 9, a male tan mix-breed dog Jan. 20 and a female black and white pit bull puppy Jan. 20.
