William Barney Lavenger, 37, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of probation violation after officers responded to an 8:01 a.m. Friday report at the police department from Lavenger that he left a treatment program.

A noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers responded to a 9:09 a.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West business.

A possible hit and run was investigated after someone made a report at the police station at 10:08 a.m. Friday.

An officer gave a written or verbal warning to someone on 5th Street who was throwing snowballs at vehicles after responded to a 7:02 p.m. Friday call.

Henry James Day Child, 36, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and disorderly conduct and Justin Allen Day Child, 35, of Box Elder was arrested on two charges of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 7:22 p.m. Friday call from a 3rd Avenue establishment about a drunk man with blood all over him.

Jeffrey Obryant Jones, 36, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant, a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after an officer served a warrant at 1:49 p.m. Saturday on 1st Street Northeast.

Officers investigated a 2:26 p.m. Saturday call from a 3rd Avenue business about a theft of Miss Me jeans by a woman who left in a green Honda with a black hood.

Officers investigated a 4:57 p.m. Saturday complaint at the police station about a car that was vandalized.

Gordon D. Myers, 57, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 6:15 p.m. Saturday on 5th Avenue.

Terrance John Piapot, 32, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a state District Court and a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of probation violation after officers served the warrants at a 1st Street business at 6:49 p.m. Saturday.

Officers investigated a 7:26 p.m. Saturday call from Boulevard Avenue about a truck that was side-swiped by a blue Dodge van with handicap plates that took off down the hill toward the college.

Officers investigated a 9:14 p.m. Saturday call from Boulevard Avenue about a Camaro that was sitting on top of a bent-over stop sign with no one inside it.

Officers investigated a 9:54 p.m. Saturday call from Main Street about a woman and two men who were trying to break into the calling party’s garage and then ran off.

Tyler Kim The Boy, 24, of Havre was issued a summons on two charges of disorderly conduct and Melanie Olive Rosette, 33 of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to an 11:02 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Street Northeast about people fighting.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr., 56, of Hays was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served the warrant at 2:32 a.m. Sunday on 2nd Street.

Jordan James Normandy, 21, of Havre was arrested on charges of contempts for which the justice of the peace may punish and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers investigated suspicious activity at 8:19 a.m. Sunday on 4th Street.

Lance Udell Stump, 27, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device after officers responded to a 9:04 a.m. Sunday call from 1st Street Northeast about a woman who said she was assaulted the night prior and the man would not leave.

Officers investigated a 10:40 a.m. Sunday call from 9th Avenue Northwest about a puppy that was locked in a shed and would not stop barking.

Officers investigated a 10:53 a.m. Sunday call from Main Street about someone trying to break into the calling party’s shop.

Officers investigated a 3:25 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about a gas drive-off worth $7.53 by someone driving a maroon Dodge Neon with a tail fin.

Wendy Sullivan, 41, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of “other” after officers responded to a 4:33 p.m. Sunday call from 13th Street about a dog bite.

Deputies investigated an 8:32 a.m. Saturday call from North Shepherd Road about a stolen pistol.
