The following cases were resolved in Hill County Justice Court by Judge Audrey Barger in September.
Joseph Wetsit, born in 1994, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal trespass to vehicles.

Colyn St. Pierre, no date of birth provided, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and ordered to pay $405 restitution for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over public assistance, first offense.

Chalon Michael Kinholt, born in 1982, was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and ordered to pay $50 restitution for issuing a bad check.

Clifton George Reimann, born in 1979, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Dakota Houle, born in 1996, was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Jason Stewart, born in 1977, was fined $100, ordered to pay $340.70 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Sherasha Marie Wymore, born in 1994, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, third or subsequent offense.

Cindy Lou Stidham, born in 1965, was sentenced to 180 days in jail for false reports to law enforcement authorities.

Jacob Cole Crebs, born in 1991, was fined $300, had his driver’s license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. In a later case, Crebs was sentenced to 365 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: negligent endangerment, substantial risk, and negligent vehicular assault, bodily injury.

Tisa Marie Brien, born in 1980, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 144 days suspended and 36 credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense, and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 140 days suspended and 40 credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense.

Veronica Lynn Huntley, born in 1994, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense, and was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Keenan Patrick Bibeau, born in 1995, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for operating a commercial vehicle without a commercial driver’s license, first offense.

Morgann Violet Longfox, born in 1992, was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

Scott Edward Ladenburg, born in 1988, was fined $1,000, had his driver’s license suspended for 180 days, and was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363 days suspended and one credited, for aggravated DUI and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Lynette Sandyrose Cantrell, born in 1985, was fined $50 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

Kelley Marie Kaftan, born in 1982, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia; was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended and four credited, for criminal possession of marijuana, second offense; and was ordered to pay $200 restitution on the case.

Donna Merle Rainingbird, born in 1959, was fined $100, ordered to pay $186.99 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.
In September, Judge Barger also dealt with 96 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, and she or the prosecution dismissed 18 charges. Another two citations were voided by the ticketing agency, 10 were transferred to another court and one suspended sentence or deferred imposition of sentencing was revoked and reinstated. Judge Barger also issued 13 search warrants and 23 arrest warrants.
