Havre Police Department

A 17-year-old was arrested on charges of violation of a no contact order, purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor and on a pick up and hold order after an officer served a warrant at 8:13 a.m. Friday on 2nd Street.

Stephanie Lynn Collins, 32, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of dog at large, dog registration and vaccination violations, vicious dog and criminal contempt after officers responded to an 11:39 a.m. Friday call from 2nd Street.

Officers investigated a 12:26 p.m. Friday call from 1st Street West about a noninjury fender bender outside of an establishment between a blue Chevrolet and Dodge Durango.

Officers investigated a 3:01 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West business about a noninjury motor vehicle crash.

Richard Lee Sutherland, 30, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of aggravated burglary, partner or family member assault, trespassing and two charges of criminal contempt after officers responded to a 7:17 p.m. Friday call from 1st Street Northeast about a possible disturbance.

James Tino White Jr., 22, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after officers responded to an 11:10 p.m. Friday call from 1st Street West about a very intoxicated man who had icicles hanging from his face.

Darren Wayne Keith, 29, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 5:40 a.m. Saturday call from 6th Street about a drunk man threatening the caller.

Michael Dion Fisk, 43, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant after an officer served the warrant at 6:21 a.m. Saturday on 2nd Street.

Officers investigated a 3:43 a.m. Sunday call from 11th Street West about suspicious activity, where they found drunk juveniles.

Drew John Cole, 34, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers investigated a 5:07 a.m. Sunday call from 4th Street about a disturbance.

Officers investigated a 9:34 a.m. Sunday call from a 5th Avenue business about someone breaking into the building.

Officers investigated a 10:46 a.m. Sunday cal from 3rd Avenue about the respondent wanting to report a stolen key.

Officers investigated a 1:20 p.m. Sunday call from 2nd Street about a big black dog in the area chasing kids.

David Larry Sanchez Jr., 29, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of shoplifting and on two Justice or City court warrants after officers responded to a 6:36 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about an employee yelling at the calling party to call the police.

Officers investigated a 7:35 p.m. Sunday call from 16th Street West about someone breaking into the calling party’s window.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 9:02 a.m. Friday call from 2ndd Avenue East about the calling party finding their father deceased.

Deputies investigated a 10:21 a.m. Friday call from a U.S. Highway 87 establishment about a report of a fight that occurred the night prior.

Don Young Topsky, 27, of Box Elder was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after deputies served them to him at a U.S. Highway 87 establishment at 11:10 p.m. Friday.

Frankie Lee Henderson, 27, of Box Elder was arrested on a state District Court warrant after a deputy escorted him from the Rocky Boy Detention Center.

The shelter this morning held a male, black and white husky; a female, calico cat; a male, gray cat; a male, brown, black and tan husky-mix; and a male, white poodle.
