Havre Police Department

After a caller from 13th Street West at 9:07 a.m. Wednesday reported a blue four-door car came “flying out of the alley” and crashed into a tree then left the scene, an officer issued a summons to Bobbi Jean Flying, 19, of Havre on charges of negigent endangerment, careless driving, failure to yield right of way when exiting a private driveway, failure to give notice or remain at the scene of an accident, driving with a suspended or revoked license, seat belt violation and criminal contempt.

An officer investigated a two-vehicle no-injury crash reported at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday from a 7th Avenue location.

A caller from a 1st Street establishment reported at 7:35 p.m. Wednesday that Micheal Gerard Dess, 55, of Havre was in the establishment in violations of conditions of his release from jail. At 7:42 p.m. while making a building check at another 1st Street establishment, an officer arrested Dess on a charge of violating conditions of his release.

After a caller at 11:24 p.m. Wednesday from a U.S. Highway 2 East location made a complaint, officers arrested Thomas Mathew Dess, 59, of Havre on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and theft of labor or services or use of property, and arrested Leroy Michael Stiffarm, 49, of Havre on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of theft of labor or services or use of property.

An officer initiated contact at 1:59 a.m. Thursday with Sheldon Joseph Flying, 45, at a 1st Street convenience store and arrested Flying on a charge of criminal contempt.

After a caller from a 1st Street Northeast apartment building said at 5:23 a.m. Thursday that a man had pulled a fire alarm when no fire existed, an officer arrested Richard Lee Sutherland, 30, of Box Elder on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to property and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant.

After a caller from 11th Street West at 2:30 p.m. Thursday said a large white poodle was standing by a tree barking, wearing a leash but with the owner not present, an officer issued a summons to Brian G. Gilmartin, 74, of Havre on a charge of dog at large.

After a caller from a 1st Street Northeast apartment building requested officers remove a woman from the building, officers arrested Aurora Snow, 23, of Chinook on a Justice or City court warrant.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy served a state District Court warrant on Mohamed Aboubaker at 10:31 a.m. Wednesday at the Hill County jail.

A deputy served state District Court warrants on Joey Thomas Hughes, 25, of Malta, Travis Jay Marble, 38, of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, and Karl Allan Larson, 45, of Havre at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday at the Hill County jail.

A deputy making a motor vehicle stop at 1:11 a.m. Thursday on Main Street in Box Elder issued a summons to Nicolette Lailani Windyboy, 34, of Havre on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving without liability insurance.

A deputy making a motor vehicle stop at 2:05 a.m. Thursday on Main Street in Box Elder issued a summons to Christopher Paul Parisian, 32, of Box Elder on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

After a caller from 5th Street North in North Havre at 6:54 a.m. Thursday reported a man had kicked in the door to her residence, screamed about money and tried to assault her then left, going to another North Havre residence, a deputy issued a summons to Patrick James Wright, 49, of Havre on charges of criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct.

Havre emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Wednesday.
