A victim to icy roads

A tractor-trailer that lost control Thursday morning and slid off U.S. Highway 2 east of Havre hangs over a bank. Driver Justin Hofer said he slid on ice, his brakes then locked and then the truck kept sliding at least a hundred yards off the road.
