United Way fundraiser set

The United Way of Hill County campaign is headed down to the wire.

A "fun"draiser will be held at Pizza Hut of Havre Thursday.

People who buy a pizza at the restaurant, for delivery or for pickup, should mention to the server that they want 20 percent to go to United Way of Hill County.

At this time, United Way of Hill County, is short $62,000 to meet the 2014 goal to enable 13 funded partners to fulfill their missions.

Hill County residents have three more weeks to make the difference in the three goals:

• Education: Children and youth Achieving their potential

• Income: Improve financial stability and independence

• Health: People leading healthier lives

Thursday's Pizza Hut’s “fun”draiser will take place all day. People can bring a Pizza Hut Fundraiser slip or inform their server they want the 20 percent to go to United Way of Hill County. Customers can also receive two additional coupons good from Dec. 19 to 31.

People can donate online by going to http://www.helphillcounty.org. Click on the “Donate” button on the right hand side of the home page.
