Sports Photo: 2014 Elk's Hoop Shoot Champions crowned...

The annual Havre Elk's Hoop Shoot was held recently at the Havre Central Gymnasium. In the girls age 10-11 category, Sadie Filius was first, followed by Alyssa Oliver and Audrina Williams. In the girls 12-13 category, Sam Oliver was first, followed by Kylie Walker and Mia Olson. In the boys 8-9 bracket, Matthew Huse was first and Brody Henry was second. In the boys 10-11 bracket, Isaac Pedraza was first and Kamron Looney was second. And in the boys 12-13 category, Joshua Warp was first, followed by Jace Leeds and Mike Dess. The winners in each age group advance to this weekend's Elk's District Hoop Shoot in Cut Bank. The winners from there advance to the Elk's State Hoop Shoot.
