Sports Correction: Jansen named All-Conference

In Tuesday's Havre Daily News sports section's story on the 2014 Frontier All-Conference Football Team, Montana State University-Northern tight end John Jansen was inadvertently left out of the article.

Jansen received Frontier Second-Team All-Conference honors for the Lights. It was the second straight season in which Jansen was named to the All-Conference list.

The senior tight end caught 19 passes for 129 yards this past season for the Lights. Jansen started nine games for Northern this season, and was a three-year starter and four-year letter-winner for MSU-N. His contributions to the Lights' running game and on special teams have also been key throughout his career.

Jansen was one of five Lights named to the Frontier All-Conference team for the 2014 season.
