BreAnna Louise Hampson passed away on Nov. 1, 2014, due to the injuries she received in an accident in California.
Wake services began at 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Rocky Boy, and continued until her traditional funeral service, which was at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014, also at St. Mary's. Interment will follow in Rocky Boy Cemetery. Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements. BreAnna was born on Oct. 8, 1994, in Great Falls to Elizabeth Lamey and Robin Gopher.
She was raised in Great Falls until she was 5, when she was adopted by Jack and Michelle Hampson. They returned to California with BreAnna, and they finished raising her there. BreAnna graduated from Twentynine Palms High School in 2013. She was living in Twentynine Palms when the accident that ended her life occurred.
BreAnna was preceded in death by her grandmother, Donna Morsette.
She is survived by her biological parents, Elizabeth Lamey of Great Falls and Robin Gopher of Rocky Boy; her adopted parents, Jack and Michelle Hampson of Joseph City, Arizona; her sisters, Robyn and Mariah Gopher of Great Falls and Heather Hampson (Jason Gamboa) of California; her brother, Robert Hampson of Calfornia; her grandmother, Yvonne Demontiney of Rocky Boy; her grandfather, Paul Gopher; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
