Regular agenda

1. Resolution 3696 — a resolution in support of expanded hours of operation at the port of Wild Horse

2. Review and approval of the state revolving loan fund application

3. Administer oath of office to city study commissioners

4. Approval of November claims and manual warrants.

Public comments on non--agenda items — comments are limited to any public matter within the jurisdiction of the City Council not on this agenda. Comments are limited to three minutes. Adjourn

Finance committee will meet at 5 p.m. Monday.

The next city council meeting will be 7 p.m., Monday, Dec. 15.

The study commission organizational meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. or immediately following the council meeting.
