Havre Police Department

Officers, responding to a call from a motel at 10:56 a.m. Monday in which the caller reported an assault, arrested Joseph Raymond Moore, 22, listed as homeless, on charges of assault by coercion, intimidation or threat; criminal mischief or vandalism; trespass to property; resisting arrest; criminal contempt; and disorderly conduct.

Officers, responding to a call from a 1st Street Northeast apartment complex at 11:28 a.m. Monday in which the caller reported a disturbance, arrested Nolan Earl Snell of Havre, 23, on a charge of partner or family member assault.

Officers investigated a report made Monday at 1:03 p.m. from the 1300 Block of McKinley Avenue that a semitrailer struck a sign.

Officers responding to a 6:47 p.m. Monday call from the 1000 Block of Montana Avenue arrested Tomi Nichole Bunney, 26, of Havre on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal contempt and Kevin Gene Tomaskie of Havre, 41, on a charge of probation violation.

An officer investigating suspicious activity at 2:31 this morning on 7th Street arrested Skyler Longfox, 21, of Havre on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Justice or City court warrant. The officer also investigated a Havre woman and girl, 23 and 14, in the incident with the police report saying no charges were listed at the time the report was issued.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy investigated a report made from a Box Elder establishment at 9:28 a.m. Monday of an automobile theft.

A deputy responding to a call from Box Elder School at 12:59 p.m. Monday issued a summons to a 14-year-old boy on a charge of assault.

A deputy arrested Theresa Kate Small, 35, of Havre at 7:42 p.m. Monday on the 100 Block of 16th Avenue on two Justice or City court warrants.

Havre Fire Department emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Monday.
