Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash on 1st Street Monday at 10:04 a.m. A vehicle reportedly crashed with a sand truck — no injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash on 12th Avenue Monday at 11:44 a.m. A parked vehicle reportedly slid into another parked vehicle, the call log said. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a report from 6th Avenue Monday at 1:06 p.m. concerning a complaint. The caller reported her aunt had pushed her.

Officers investigated a report made at the police department Monday at 1:17 p.m. concerning harassment.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident Monday at 3:46 p.m. at Northern Montana College. A vehicle reportedly ran into the tennis courts and took off.

Officers investigated a report from 2nd Street Monday at 6:54 p.m. concerning a complaint. The caller reported someone hit her mailbox.

Kade Lanier, 18, of Havre was issued a summons Monday at 9 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of conditions of release.

Brenna Marie Hulett, 18, of Havre, Logan Thomas McNeil, 19, of Havre and Morgan Virginia Leistiko, 19, of Havre were each issued a summons Monday at 11:36 p.m. on a charge of minor in possession. Jacob Doyle Good, 21, of Libby was issued a summons the same night on a charge of selling or giving alcoholic beverages to minors.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash Tuesday at 7:55 a.m. on 2nd Street. A car was reportedly side swiped the previous night. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash Tuesday at 10:13 a.m. on 14th Street. The caller reported a fender bender with a parked car. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash Tuesday at 10:35 a.m. on 3rd Avenue. The caller reported a car was hit. No injuries were reported.

James Daniel Reynolds, 21, of Havre was arrested Tuesday at 12:54 p.m. on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers investigated a report from 10th Street concerning a complaint. The caller reported receiving phone calls from a person who does not live there.

Dawn Faye Vanek, 31, of Havre was arrested Tuesday at 7:44 p.m. on a charge of criminal contempt.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash on 1st Street Tuesday at 9:32 p.m. No injuries were reported.

Keith Edward Quinton, 32, of Poplar was arrested Tuesday at 9:34 p.m. on charges of traffic crime, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, driving without vehicle insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia and for a Justice or City court warrant.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Zayne Matthew Collins, 21, of Great Falls was arrested Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. on a Justice or City court warrant.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to two calls Tuesday and one call this morning.

Fire personnel responded to a possible fire Tuesday on 5th Avenue when smoke was reportedly coming from the interior of a vehicle. The vehicle appeared to have wiring shorting out that caused some insulation to melt and produce smoke. No actual fire occurred and there were no injuries.
